The office is closed on weekends and major holidays. In order to increase our skills and maintain our knowledge of the latest developments to serve you better, the office is also closed when we are attending continuing education programs.
We respect your time and make every effort to remain on schedule. All of our patients are delighted that there is no waiting time. We also try to complete treatment in as few visits as possible. When a change of appointment is necessary and in order to avoid a broken appointment fee, please call at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. This enables us to offer your reserved time to other patients.
Just as we are committed to providing excellent dental health care, we are concerned with making it affordable for you. One way we accomplish this is by eliminating costly billing procedures and requesting payment at the time of your visit. Being sensitive to the fact that different patients have different needs, we provide the following payment options:
Cash, check, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
We offer flexible and creative financial arrangements through separate companies (financing).
Our financial coordinator is available at all times for financial consultations and or any questions.
Although we do not participate with any insurance plans, we will be most happy to complete your insurance form for you and file it electronically for your reimbursement.
